Good idea HD. It would be nice to hear them in trying to explain their doings in front of an audience. NOT!!

And what is wrong then with forcing the Board in calling an EGM isntead. They would, IMHO, be forced to answer those same questions at an EGM as well.
After all we have, according to Nervous the 100 signatories to force them to do so.

But, I can also envisage seeying some Corporate lawyers sitting at the Board table in order to put/instill some fear on Shareholders as well, with the possibility of legal threats.
And they (The Lawyers) may even be engaged to Chair the meeting as well, in order to stifle debate as well. It has all happened before.

If that was to happen, I may even try and make the time of attending such a meeting. It would be well worth it.
