    A quick glance at the Annual Report with a few interesting points

    1. No mention of the appountment and resignation of Paul Benson, only the appointment of Paul Johnstone.

    2. Deposit on Baita Mine was $3.7m. I don't recall any announcement on this money being deposited. Can anyone confirm that?

    3. Loan to related parties - $1.55m. At 10% interest per annum, there should be at least $155k interest against the interest received of only $8k for 2011.

    Still have many questions with this report, although most are post June.
