    I have looked up the info on the litigation against CBD.

    From page 15 of the Annual Report 2011.

    Lloyd Energy System Pty Limited has discontinued its Federal Court proceedings againt CBD on terms which entitle CBD to its costs of those proceedings. Lloyd Energ Systems is in administration. CBD intends to pursue any rights available to it to recover its costs.
