It's a fair summary but somethings need to be read in context. KAB were advanced $500k by Noble - Gone. CCC needed money - loan.
Yes the Celtic terms aren't great but considering our desperate need and our lack of revenues, then Jason did a marvelous job securing this loan. And it kept two companies afloat. That's a bargain.
