dmagnus: If you would not buy this share then why relentlessly post on Kaboko MINING for months on end.

In relation to your superficial research:

Kaboko MINING did not pay anything to have the aricle presented in Proactive Investor.
Kaboko MINING is transitioning from an explorer to a producer so a significant proportion of costs would be associated with exploration.
You are using the number of shares issued at the end of Uran LIMITED as your comparative point to he number issued with Kaboko MINING now - this lacks validity and is like comparing apples with oranges.
Kaboko MINING is a microcap and needs to raise money to fund it's projecs. Obviously, dilution will result.
Issuing shares in lieu of cash is a sign of support from capial raisings and numerous companies.
You will need to look at the timeframe and breakdown for the 700k costs associataed with capital raisings - this is once again oversimplified and misrepresented.

Summary, this end of the market is abviously not for people who have displaced resentment and anger from CCC, URA and NKP. The compulsive and obsessive posting from people with a sell sentiment and no sock held says it all. Even members of the downramping machine are predicting that the share price will go well above 3 cents. Kaboko MINING is definitely for me.
