I wonder why is capital raising, rights issue, another celtic notes with its massive dilution is your preferred way of advancing the project?
why don't you think that the Noble deal is he best way foreword for the company.
I believe the Noble deal is a goer and the money in the bank soon despite the nonbelievers.
