Who has been selling IVR shares?

He was issued 12.805m shares as announced 17th April this year.Prior to that (30/6/11) he held 1.505m.
If he took up offer of 1 for 6 his holding would have been up to about 13.6m shares.
Annual report shows him holding 2.04m shares as at 30th June.By my understanding he therefor sold 11.6 m shares between 1/4 and 30/6 out of total shares traded on market of over 47m, ie about 23% of shares sold.
Doesn't really tell us who has been selling since 30th June this year though.
Interesting to compare top 20 with last year. There now emerges a number of nominee and proprietary companies so we do not know the beneficial owner. JPM a notable new member with 11m+ shares.
Because cut off for top 20 is now 2.04m we cannot tell if position2 9 to 20 last year have sold down or still holding. Possibly JPM has sold down since 30th June?
Any thoughts?
