Still difficult trading conditions and the likelyhood of maybe some small improvement in the next 2 years our enlighted management decide to take on an extra 33000 tons of grapes (+27.5%) and borrow an extra $13m to increase inventory by $19.7%.

I am worried in view of market conditions where is the growth to come from to absorb the stock and get the $142 million debt down. With only a small profit of $7m and small increases to come its going to take decades to get debt down. The interest payments alone are sucking out a lot of profit.

Time for management to start some cost cutting and reviewing assets. Time to look at the high remuneration we are paying to management for a little company that can only produce $7m profit from hundreds of millions of dollars assets. Must be lazy assets lying around. Do we need to own all the vineyards. I know prices for vineyards are down but lets have some plan for the next few years
ias prices improve we sell off vineyards to pay debt and contract buy.

Time to put management on notice.
