This is a joke. Joke joke joke. "Hopeful". How many times has there been a phrase like this in last couple of years? I am becoming more and more cynical. Not cynical on the great asset, just cynical on the company which owns it. And if I was being really cynical, one might suggest that saying there is a "hopeful" deal in a covering note could be a way of just trying to convince people to hold off lodging proxies which vote against their pay resolutions!
