I was replying to the above post about his salary, it's pretty obvious that you don't want to be spending the best part of a million dollars on a guy who hasn't delivered results.
Particularly when you look at how much they are actualy spending on the pilot. Seems reasonable to me. I am happy to hear about how well the company, cooper and US operations have been managed but the results to date are woefull.
