With all companies in lockdown phase any commerical activity or contracts would be pushed out for at least another 6 months at a minimum while companies asssess their own operations and cashflow. With so much uncertainty most companies will be battening down the hatches and not awarding contracts until they can see light at the end of the tunnel. It will be a long 2020 for VPR. Another cap raise as well
