I think they should hold onto cash for now too.
If they needed to temporarily shut down operations due to infections I would prefer them to have the extra cash buffer. If they get through it untouched then pay a special divvy later on.
That is unless they sense a TO offer coming up. Better to pay out a dividend in that case to pump up the price.
