    Wonder if the report was published a few days early so as not to have to report that the deadline for reinstatement of the agreements has passed? They want to delay having to get tough and go to arbitration?

    Outlook sounds fairly downbeat. Not a cat in hell's chance of an agreement without regime change in Teheran? Can't see we have enough money for other projects. Continuing to hold.
