annual report

There exists a very disturbing element about this company which really is starting to piss me off. So much so as all the directors should be asked to resign immediately as this is another saga in their long list of poor communication standards. Many shareholders interstate didn't get annual reports with proxy for voting untill after the meeting today. I have rang and unless I get some very good explanation of why, I will be taking this further. Did anybody else receive their package too late to take action before the meeting????
