"The Company has received substantial enquiries from Chinese, Korean and Japanese steel mills and trading
houses from around the world regarding potential off-take agreements and/or possible participation in the Project
or an equity position within the Company. All interested parties acknowledge that the Company will establish the
scale and timing of its operations, before signing any binding Memorandums of Understanding (MOU’s) for future
ore production. Brockman currently has eight signed Confidentiality Agreements with interested parties."
