The answer is what came out today is an ANNUAL REPORT TO 30 JUNE 2008, therefore the company was not able to report on the BAUXITE deal.....that deal went to AEC board for approval on the 17 September 2008 So whatever the outcome, it will be reported on in the 2009 AR.
However what MKY will be doing, when they are legally able, is make an Announcement that should set out all terms & conditions - that was spelt out in MKY's ann dated 5th Sept 08
