No idea who comes up with the remuneration numbers at WRR/TEE.
A chop in his salary is the solution to the Cash Flow problem - I think the maret in general has a huge problem with MDs/CEOs who's remuneration packages are heavily weighted to big base salaries rather than aligned with the success of the company (ie. phased options directly tied to the SP).
