If I have read the Annual Report that I received today, correctly, I will regain the 65,771 options that expired in April.
It is explained in Resolutions 6A, 6B, 6C & 7.
All we have to do is vote for the resolutions.
The old exercise price was $1.20 & I assume it will remain the same.
The Company intends to undertake an offer of 14,044,849 Options to those previous SMNO Option holders on the basis of one new Option for each SMNO Option at the Record Date.
I hope they mean the Record Date being April 6, 2024 expiry date & not the new options in the SPP.
I had purchased an additional 50,000 SMNO for $0.008 each.
Can anyone add clarity to the above?
