I did say in my first post about CRM or the likes of.

If a company has bought THX holding of UMC and the limit is going to be 15% would a company or two associated with CRM be able to buy the 20% between them? I only mentioned CRM as they are getting involved already with UMC.

I am only going by the wording of the Chairman's address about THX selling their UMC investment,not part of or a few % of their 20% holding.

It could be in THX's interest to sell at $1.35 at present rather then wait for UMC to get to $1.50 or above.
The value in share price of THX would go up I would think with getting around $27,000,000 with out having to push up the shares on offer.They would also be able to push ahead with drilling or what ever they need to do on their projects.
