Wescott if you arwe referring the couple of lines inv the Chairman's address then I think you have it wrong. THX has decided to sell its shares, we have talked about this at length, Brett told me in a meeting that THX WHEN THEY GOT THE RIGHT PRICE will sell. He said that they had them all but sold abouve $2.50 before the flood.

I don't think the Chairman's remarks are saying more than this? I could be wrong but I doubt it.
