    The deal is 'proposed' not yet 'disposed' as far as I know - so .....

    The value is there but has no hope of emerging imo until the THX position is placed - which I think is close. Once that is done - well the shares should start upwards to reflect real value - meanwhile a somewhat frustrating wait. At 90c the upside for traders looks like up to 50% which in itself is somewhat irritating for LT holders.
