I like the fact that there is a lot of minor share holders to me that means that they are more willing to hold for them dollars in sp than take a small profit.
major share holders tend to sell sooner than latter because they have most of there capital in one stock.
I think this is good news for prr the sp will proberbly move up faster considering that prr dosnt have the selling presure of large holders.
