The major concern I have about PRR is the lack of major shareholders. There is only ONE. If you count no.2 HSBC, their holding was only valued at less than $1mil. a couple of weeks ago. This means that over 90% is held by minor shareholders (until the recent buying). Question is: Are there one or two mojor players accumulating or is this turning into a game of Poker?
