    The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources requires EWC to enter into an LNG off-take agreement with an outside buyer before it will grant a operating lience.(page 29)

    I was of the belief that that was not a condition and if it is, it's the first time they have confirmed it in writing. (That I'm aware of)

    Does anyone see any issues ????
