The biggest plus in this stock for me is the realistic remuneration - I am not surprised that invested directors are getting them to pay a dividend.
This team seems to really have got both sides covered by the way they play the game.
Whilst I think the result is a good turnaround 2014 has to deliver much more for the promise to be realised. I think that the gearing is now a bit low and that I hope tyhey make an acquisition to put that balance back to the 30 to 35% (using the purists Debt to Equity ratio).
I am a bit biased on this one - I like the management team and think they are really good to back.
