The 2 main points I've taken out are:

Go it alone decision on Guyane - excellent!!!!, and I bet all easily funded by Ching cash flows

Gas - I wasn't aware that seperate Gas agreements need to be signed here, the Mauri govt is a little more educated now and may be a bit tougher on terms that they were for the initial oil permits. However the flip side is, I'm betting it won't be long before commercial gas quantities are declared and the sp gets a substantial kick in the pants, In fact if current gas prices held then I reckon 2TCF would be commercial
