Next Wednesday Coffey International will be announcing Annual Results ending 30 June 2012.
While they have announced the Accounting write down of goodwill to reduce profit to nil, would be anticipating the company has enough cash flow to pay dividends.
Broker forecasts have COF earning between 3.6 cents and 8.6 cents per share in year ending June 2013.
If there are no dividends announced look for the stock to fall and able to be snapped up cheaper than today. This will be a long term investment opportunity to be held for the next 12 months.
If COF announce a dividend payment then look for a rise in price. Rise will be dependent upon the size of dividend. I believe investors will take a while to realise the underlying value.
