    one has to think firstly is the trading halt to do with the case against sumitomo or is it a drama with the new lease.

    secondly if it is to do with the court case was the findings release to axiom to day which means there was not much time for a leak. the larger offers came in just before the halt if i am correct. so perhaps someone tried to jump the gun however the buy/sell side really didnt change volume more that buyers re aligned.

    thirdly i cant find any news on sumitono's web site. due to the time difference i am hoping to see something by noon our time if it is related to the court case
