Agreed. This looks like an absolute shocker from every angle imaginable. For $4.5m we are adding 364m shares. They couldnt even tell us who is participating in the placement. No wonder Deborah and crew havent purchased any shares of late. No word if they will either? I expected a CR, but not destruction on this scale.
