I have the feeling they have discussions with the auditors on a potential write-down of the inventories. Their almost $12m worth of inventories represent over $30m in sales. A part of those inventories has already been sitting their for close to 2 years, so my guess is that they really need to show to the auditors that these inventories should not be written down. I could be wrong of course..
