In this instance, I do. The question you want to ask yourself is was STX naive enough to pitch their offer at a level that the Independent Expert Report considers "neither fair nor reasonable". Their process uses the exact same methodology as the Research Analysts. Why do you think all these bully boys are coming out of the woodwork? STX's objective is to get TPD for the lowest fraction possible, STX and their interests do not align with mine.
