Hi guys,
Huntleys updated their JBM recommendation yesterday.
True to form they have not changed their opinion.
It's the last part of their report that interests me.
Event Analysis
Mine life based upon Cosmos reserves is currently approximately three years. This ignores the Alec Mairs mineralisation which has not yet been drilled to reserve status, or the Anomaly 1 mineralisation.
A feasibility study for Anomaly 1 is expected to begin either late this year or early next. A deep hole drilled 150m below the Anomaly 1 resource has returned 30m @ 1.05% Ni, including 9m @ 1.81%. A pilot plant run is now scheduled for November.
A new zone of high grade nickel sulphides has been discovered at the Prospero Prospect 4.5km south of Cosmos. A wedge hole has yielded 2.1m @ 6.3%Ni.
*****
The Annual Report mentions "a pilot plant run that will produce sufficient concentrate for testing & marketing purposes"
Does anybody have any idea how much Nickel might be extracted????
5kg?? 50kg?? 500kg??
Perhaps we will get an announcement soon?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers.
