riverbrae while I understand and agree with you to a certain extent, I have to add that I am near retirement and through a failed business had to go through backruptcy a few years ago. So there are times in life that you have to take that chance and go all in, I am either going to be completely broke or I am going to have a house to retire in. There is no middle road for me at this stage.
