if they do GOOD, name will change to "Honourmous".
It's always baffled me how criminal gangs are "known to the police" "well known gang member" "....." and yet they are able to exist! Is it because crime and thugery is so intewined now that it's tough to eradicate it? Is the criminal ECONOMY too LARGE to extract it from the general economy, would GDP fall by too much?
