ANO's 2nd largest distributor (Canada region) Pachem has been acquired by global distribution giant, Brenntag.
Brenntag is doing about 12 billion EUR (19 billion AUD) sales annually while Pachem is doing 13 million EUR (21 million AUD). We're a big product line for Pachem in respect to their existing sales.
Brenntag's global footprint is massive and might prove to enable even more significant sales growth and new markets and regions.
Pachem's current President is staying on board to run the company which means our existing relationship remains in good stead. This could lead to significant uplift in sales from one of ANO's already largest customers.
