Sure the dividend is attractive, however if something unforeseen were to happen and the dividend dropped then this is looking like a very unproductive long term hold.
I agree completely with Rodeo, start a BB and if there is a large seller still capping the price buy them back at these bargain basement prices.
Win win, less soi and seller gone. Hopefully.
