I actually emailed the CEO sam Budiselik about doing a buy back last year. He was very nice to reply. But basically said they weren't going to do one as they saw higher return on capital elsewhere. But didn't say where.

if this is the case then we should all see a good rise in stock at some point! However I doubt the return will be anything like the return a buy back would have.

i do wonder if they aren't doing it because of the bigger share holders. But in my opinion that's management's own fault for not doing it years before ezcorp raised their stake so much.
