Immigration really is a lucky dip these days, I would like to see a higher percentage from Europe but that means you could be getting Africa and the Middle East by default. The only real choice is Chinese, let more Chinese into Australia, maybe more from the Philippines, just avoid South and Central Mindanao. Then again we could just let the doors swing open to all Asylum seekers from everywere, then I will leave this country and go live in Argentina.
