Floods hopefully are over for Qld now comes the rebuild - good news for WTP, mines are back into to production - good news for WTP, new government in NSW pledged to rebuild infrastructure - good for WTP, amazing level of new projects in recent times - Central Park in Sydney, today's announcement etc - good for WTP. Property values have stabalized & in many instances risen from written down levels so the next profit figure should be a rip snorter with the commensurate dividend payment.
