You are right though.....saying that AMU is going down (technically called a 5 year down trend) does not imply that sometime in the future it might not go up...... I can only defer to your wisdom.

Can i just add that for most investors a companies management and effective managerial history form a solid and often primary core of what you call fundamentals. To be clear, it is a defining reason why money might or might not be invested into a company.....which is the only way a sp goes up or down. AMU is a good example of this. (see chart).
