    55m shares and options for another 20% of Apogei, with an option to get the other 20% not held by YRR for the same amount of shares again, but significantly the options have an exercise price of 4c and 2011 expiry date.

    The beneficiciares will be Whitvista, Meroliza and Grand Enterprises. Of course who else would it be but 70 Aberdeen st Northbridge.
