    That doesn't add anything to this discussion does it.

    Why is CVI trading at 3.5 and raising dough at 10c so they can send that dough to another entity (which CVI will majority own, but which nobody knows that value of).

    Why is the buyer donating 910k to CVI rather than buying on market? Who else would pay almost 3 x market value for anything?

    Why? Why? Why?
