    excuse my rude interruption of your excitement over pen sp turn around:
    it certainly isn't because japan got their reactors under control...in fact, nobody has their reactors under control...nuclear energy remains the most unsafe, most riskiest, and most expensive form of energy....full stop...
    doesn't mean though that all reactors will be phased out o/night...good luck with speculating on pen though anywhichway..:-)
