The following is a portion from yesterdays Huntley's daily research update,a detailed report on DTE.They base their valuation on 60c per 3P GJ.
"No change to our $1.15 a share valuation which is based on a $0.60 per gigajoule multiple for targeted 3P reserves of 1500PJ. DTE’s target of 175PJ of proved and probable (2P) reserves and 1,500PJ of proved, probable and possible (3P) reserves compares to 3,690PJ of 2P and 5,781PJ of 3P reserves for Arrow Energy when acquired for $3.55bn".
What will the Independant Valuer come up with?
