You have a very good point there. Maybe you should write to the company Secretary and ask what is going on, and as to why they won't release the name of the IE to the market.

I have never heard of that one before. There is nothing wrong by stating who the IE is, and everytime I was involved in a T/O or SoA through some of my holdings, the name of the IE was well publicised. IMO it is a common practice and nothing to be kept secret about.
