It's touching to see how much effort you put into good-heartedly warning us about Itescu..
I may be a rookie but I've seen the Regulator at work for a number of years.. as a lawyer.. I would get rid of them altogether and let the market decide.. there is endless inside trading.. and sweetheart deals.. only a fool believes companies are in it for anything other than their own pockets.. what I look at is whether there is enough left in the trough after the snouts have had a go.. if you look at CEOs of companies like the Post Office and other 'public interest' ones, you'll see they legally have their fat snouts in the public trough.. only shareholders can hold them to account..
The Regulator is a big fat publicly-funded public servant who often runs private vendettas to 'get even' with a company that he lost a legal case against eg Vodafone/TPG. The AFR journos are not much better.. just need to do your own research and trust this casino will spin your way..
Those LT holder know what msb is all about.. they don't need the benefit of your warnings.. we know it's a risk but the risk is getting fda approval, not nonsense in the AFR..
