I used to be a little bit in the space of capital raising, issues , etc. Similiarly in the space of how it can go wrong. The circumstances seem to fit nicely . And if you look at it from fc perspective i just cant see a financier worth their salt agreeing to a deal that max's out so quickly on these very unusual terms ... even though it apparently was at no risk. I see that apart from big issuing associates shares , they even issued shares for services to their accountant ! So its hard to find anyone involved in big that didnt have a vested interest and therefore ring the alarm bell ... anyway time may give the market more clues ...
