I'd be looking at the Tipsly transaction and asking myself why so much money was paid for it and where did that money end up?

It's obvious that since they changed auditors and it became "unqualifed" auditing on their accounts you can't trust them.

Do they actually have much money in their bank accounts? $10,000 of interest would indicate they don't have a hell of a lot.

People still hold because greed can be a powerful thing. Maybe an SP of $4 wasn't enough? Who knows, nobody can answer except the people holding.

There's been more than enough red flags to raise concerns. Especially when management try and go after a HC poster. Always a red flag in my eyes! (Although not sure if this was made public at the time?)
