you will be disappointed that no one will going to jail and BIG will back to normal with no time.  They did some silly thing try to smart out the ASIC on the disclosure of non-current shares.  And imo, that is the ASIC investigation, not the other BS as the AFR suggested.  

From ASIC presentation on the CD issue, it's obviously may company has the same issue, and ASIC has named few, "A number of recent cases – such as NuFarm, Leighton, James Hardie and, more recently, David Jones and Fortescue – have put continuous disclosure back on the agenda as a talking point for companies and their advisers".

My point here is that the disclosure issue is not BIG's invention.  I'm sure there is a very grey area and BIG's lawyer will simply defeat any challenge from ASIC .   Did anyone forget GSW finally come out with a short statement and basically a finger to all?   I believe it's going to be the same for BIG, except, BIG's 4C will be filled with healthy cash.
