Total crape. You are implying that say Brandon sold 1 million shares and didn't disclose it but said "Jeez, I'm sorry I forgot about that" there would be no repurcussions?. Like, the SP would halve, just like CM8''s did on CEO selling, and Brandon would keep his job and not face litigation or ASIC.
